What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. We do not accept check unless the delivery is for a corporate, school, or church event (We must be given notice in advance as well).
What is your rainy day policy?
We know here, in Illinois the weather can be very unpredictable. If you are wanting to cancel your delivery due to rain please notify us as soon as possible.
Do You charge for Setup and Delivery?
Delivery for orders within 10 miles of 40N West Ave, Bourbonnais IL are FREE! Pickups are also FREE! However any distance beyond 10 miles, the delivery charge is equal to the distance in miles.
11 miles = $11.00
55 miles = $55.00
Do I Need A Deposit To Rent?
No Deposits for single bounces houses. However with multiple inflatables a deposit is required.
Tents do require a Deposit - $50 for a 20x20/ $75 for a 20x40
Movie Projector - $100 cash deposit + your credit card will be on hold.
What Time Can I Expect My Delivery?
All bounce house's are delivered between 7 A.M. and 12 P.M. on the morning of your event. We will contact you the night before (between 6 P.M. and 8 P.M. with a two hour delivery time window. (Ex: Between 8 A.M. and 10 A.M.)
We do our best to get all deliveries done by 12 P.M. If you need a later time delivery just request it when booking,
How Long Can I Keep My Rental?
You will receive your rental before noon on the date of your event. And as long as it's on private property (your house) we will leave it overnight and pick it up the following morning. Depending on if your rental is going out the next day will reflect the pickup time.
If rental is not on private property (Park, Forest Preserve, Church) we will deliver it at your requested time and pick it up at your requested time.
